Supplement your class with a daily video. Daily videos follow the cycle of class focus, so if you do 5 videos on 5 consecutive days, you will have a rounded practice.

General (Level 2)

A good practice for morning, this sequence starts with 20 minutes of lying pranayama, followed by 10 minutes of sitting pranayama. Finish with some gentle inversions.

These videos are recordings of 45 minute online classes we did during Covid lockdowns. The teacher may refer directly to students, and may assume you have equipment. The class is targeted at the students who were there for that session. We have chosen to release them to anyone who can make good use of them. We cannot take responsibility for your use of these videos. Please use them with discretion with regard to your level of ability and use of equipment.
