BEGINNERS COURSES

Yoga class

Our Beginners Courses are designed for students who are new to Yoga, or new to Iyengar Yoga and introduce the foundational postures and principles of the practice. Feel the benefits of Iyengar Yoga from the first class. With careful sequencing and precise instruction, students learn correct alignment, develop strength and stability, and begin to quieted the mind.


Courses are usually 8 weeks, scheduled within a school term. The schedule and pricing is available here: /beginners-schedule 


If you would prefer to jump right in now, you can start in a Foundations class. There is at least one foundations class each day. You can see the class timetable here: /class-timetable

To book for Foundations classes, you will need a pass. We suggest you purchase a class pack - 1 class or 10 classes. You can do that here /passes-memberships
