YOGA FOR PREGNANCY

Yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy and also during labour. If you have been coming to classes regularly and become pregnant, you can simply let your teacher know (quietly if you wish; we are very good at keeping this under wraps until you are ready to announce it). 


If you are pregnant and would like to start yoga during your pregnancy, please book for a private session with Helen. After that session, you will likely be able to attend Foundations (Level 1) classes. In your session with Helen you will learn how to treat your body during each trimester. Our Foundations classes are suitable for pregnancy, but we may suggest certain teachers and/or certain classes, depending on your circumstances.
