Yoga Class in the  Morning.

Begin your day with steadiness and awareness. Morning Iyengar Yoga practice awakens the body and quietens the mind. Through precise alignment and thoughtful sequencing, students cultivate strength, clarity, and equanimity — laying a firm foundation for the day ahead.


Join us from 7am to 8am on Tuesday and Friday (Level 1), or 7am to 8:15am on Saturday (Level 2). Please confirm these times in the timetable and book for class. The timetable may vary from these times.
