1:30pm to 4:30pm Adjustments/Teaching Principles with focus on teaching from your practice.
Sunday
10am to 12:15pm Practice Session - Level 2 Practice Sequence
1:30pm to 4:30pm Teaching
This weekend will cover half of the professional development hours for the year for a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
