Foot Focus Workshop with Chia Moan
Feet need to be both flexible for movement and strong enough to support our upright body. They form the basis of alignment through the knees, hips and spine. The focus of this workshop is to heighten awareness of how we use, move and position our feet and explore ways to work towards improved flexibility and strength. We will use props and options so you can customise your practice.
