BACK BENDS

Across 3 Sunday mornings in February, these workshops will take us through a classical back bend sequence. Weekly sessions allow the body to learn through repetition and reiteration. For general students wishing to broaden their experience of back bends. EARLY BIRD SPECIAL EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 5.
