Iyengar Yoga is known for its therapeutic value. At Penrith Yoga Studio we run small classes with individual tailoring through the class. We often work with healthcare professionals interested in physical health when our students have an injury or condition that will affect their yoga practice. We aim for yoga to be an ongoing practice, alongside check-ups with healthcare professionals to ensure that the physical practice of yoga is beneficial and supporting the practitioner. We'd love to speak to interested healthcare professionals and get the message out. If this is of interest to you, please book for the class.
