Two and a half days of yoga with Tracey over the Easter weekend. Active practice in the morning, restorative practice in the afternoon. Plan for quiet time outside the sessions and make sure you get plenty of sleep.
The workshop is suitable for Level 1 students including beginners. Level 2 students are also welcome.
