We have noticed several students recently having issues in the upper body region. Perhaps this is related to working from home, sitting in sub-optimal conditions or perhaps related to stress. We have seen students with pain in the neck, shoulder and upper back region, as well as repetitive strain injury and organic strain such as thyroid, vertigo and allergies.This workshop will look at simple yoga practices that can help to release tightness in the upper body and develop strength with healthy bodily alignment.

The workshop is suitable for students of all levels, including complete beginners.


We recommend attendance face to face, but the workshop is offered online as well, since the face to face class is limited to 10 students.
