Join our welcoming yoga community with this 5 Week Course to get you started with some simple yoga practices. Your course introduces standing poses, sitting poses and inversions, with relaxation at the end of the class. You can do a make-up class if you can't make the scheduled class. Please email us if you wish to do a make-up class.
CONCESSION RATES

- You have a valid student card
- More than one member of the family are coming to yoga.
- You have a valid seniors card
- You have a valid APOD membership card
PENSIONER RATES
You are eligible for our pensioners rates if any of these apply:
