Gentle Yoga Course Saturday 10am Oct 15
Saturday Mornings 10am to 11am for 5 Weeks. Our gentle yoga class is for those who need to go slowly. This course is suitable for those who are less active, perhaps older who need a gentle start to their yoga journey. Sometimes called chair yoga, you will use props and supports as required.

Join our welcoming yoga community with this 5 Week Course to get you started with some simple yoga practices accessible to all body types. Your course will include physical yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. You can do a make-up class if you can't make the scheduled class. Please email us if you wish to do a make-up class.
