4 days of yoga with Helen over the Easter weekend. We will cover a range of yoga practices, including active practice in the morning and restorative practice in the afternoons. Attendance at all sessions is essential. Plan for quiet time outside the sessions and make sure you get plenty of sleep.
The workshop is suitable for Level 2 students and experienced Level 1 students. If you’re unsure whether the intensive would be suitable for you, please check with your teacher.
