Join our welcoming yoga community with this 5 Week Beginners Course to get you started with some simple yoga practices. Your course introduces standing poses, sitting poses and inversions, with relaxation at the end of the class. You can do a make-up class if you can't make the scheduled class. Please email us if you wish to do a make-up class.
