Sunday Evenings 5pm to 6pm for 5 Weeks. Yoga on a Sunday evening is a great way to move smoothly into your busy week. Get a feel for the studio and an introduction to Iyengar yoga. Your course includes physical yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques.

Join our welcoming yoga community with this 5 Week Course to get you started with some simple yoga practices accessible to all body types. Your course will include physical yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. You can do a make-up class if you can't make the scheduled class.
