Join our welcoming yoga community with this 5 Week Beginners Course to get you started with some simple yoga practices. Your course will include physical yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. You can do a make-up class if you can't make the Monday class. Please email us if you wish to do a make-up class.
