  • Beginners Yoga Course

    Start to learn yoga in a 5 Week* Course.

    The course is structured, building week by week. You will learn some basic standing poses, sitting poses and some simple back bends. We start quietly at the beginning and end of each class.

    Choose a course and attend one class per week for 5 weeks*, or choose the Unlimited Pass and come to as many Beginners and Plus Size classes as you wish in the 5 weeks.
